The Proposed

Dyslexia Learning Center

  • As number of children requiring services from the centre increases and where a significant number of them came from outside Kuching City, the need for more classrooms and hostel facility becomes very crucial.

  • In 2014, the state government awarded a 1.5-acre piece of land in Desa Wira, Batu Kawa for the new building.

  • It will have an administrative block, a classroom block with 18 classrooms (2 of which will be converted to a vocational workshop), a multipurpose hall and 2 blocks of hostel to accomodation rural students. (each with 5 rooms with en-suite facilities).
